Fish Cafreal
Ingredients
2 Medium Sized Onions, Cut into Semicircles
2 Large Fish, cleant and sliced
Oil as required
3 Tbsps Vinegar or 2 Limes or 2 Tbsps Curd
1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
Oil as required

1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1/4 Tsp Coriander Powder
1/4 Tsp Chilli Powder
1/4 Tsp Cumin Powder
Servings / Time
Serves 8 / 45 Minutes
Preparation
1. Marinate the fish with salt, turmeric, coriander, chilli, cumin and pepper powder and 1 tsp of Cafreal Masala, Add some vinegar or lime or curd if required as per your taste.
2. Heat a non stick vessel oil. Once the oil is hot, add the chopped onions. Simultaneously in another pan fry marinated fish on both sides.
3. As the onions turn translucent, add some cafreal masala, cook 5 minutes, then add fried fish.
4. Add some water around half cup, close the lid and allow to cook.
5. thicken the gravy based on the consistency that you desire.
6. I have made a semi dry gravy. Once ready serve hot with rice or rotis or parathas.
