Bottle Gourd Soup

Ingredients

1/2 Bottle Gourd, cut into cubes
2 table spoons garlic, finely chopped
1/2 inch Ginger, finely chopped
1 Onion, finely chopped
1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Cumin Powder
Water as required
Some Cheese
Macaroni
2 Tablespoons Oil
Salt to taste

Preparation

1. In a Vessel, heat oil, add garlic, ginger and onion, let cook for a few minutes. 
2. Now add the cubed bottle gourd, close the lid let cook, add some water, turmeric powder and cumin powder,salt mix well. 
3. Once soft, allow to cool. Add the mixture to a blender, add some water if required to blend to a smooth paste. 
4. Now add the paste to the vessel, add some more water depending on the thickness, add macaroni, some cheese, salt and let cook. 
5. Serve hot.
