Baked Fish Mayonnaise
Ingredients
1 Large Red Snapper
Some Ginger Garlic Paste
Turmeric Powder
Pepper Powder
Salt to taste
Mayonnaise
Oil as required

Serves 15 / 1 hour
Preparation
1. Clean the fish, remove scales, cut off the fins, take off the gills and the innards by slitting the side, wash the fish.
2. Apply ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder and pepper bowder for marination on both sides of the fish.
3. Preheat the Oven at 180 degrees centigrade, Apply some oil on both sides of the fish and Wrap the fish in a silver foil and add to the oven.
4. Cook the fish at 200 degrees centigrade.
5. After half an hour poke a toothpick to check if cooked, If cooked take off the foil from the top of the fish and let it brown.
6. Once ready, let cool.
7. Apply Mayonnaise to the fish and serve with some boiled vegetables.
