Palak Methi Paneer
Ingredients
1 Bundles of Palak (Spinach)
1/2 Bundle of Methi/Fenugreek Leaves 200 gms of Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
Oil as required
30 Cloves Garlic
1 Small Piece of Ginger
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Turmeric
1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
1 Tomato
1 Onion
1 Cup of Water
1/2 Bundle of Methi/Fenugreek Leaves 200 gms of Paneer (Cottage Cheese)

Preparation
1. Chop the Palak and Methi leaves fine
2.Chop garlic, ginger, onion and tomato fine.
3. Heat a vessel with oil, add finely chopped garlic and ginger. Add finely chopped onions as garlic flavor sets in. Once onion is soft , add tomato cook till soft. Lastly add methi and palak leaves cook until mushy. Let it cool down.
4. Now add above mixture to a mixer to form a nice thick paste.
5. In another vessel, add oil, heat the oil and fry paneer cubes. Allow to cool.
6. Again in a vessel heat oil, add the palak methi paste allow to cook add water if needed, add paneer and cook for a minute. Serve hot.
