Pasta Salad
Ingredients
1 cup of Pasta
1 Capsicums, finely chopped
1 Carrot, Medium size, cubbed
1 Potato, Medium size, cubbed
1 Small Onion, finely chopped
1 Medium Tomato, finely chopped
5 French Beans, Medium size, finely chopped
3 Tbsps of Mayonnaise
Olive Oil as required
Salt as required
Oregano, Thyme and Pepper seasoning as required

Serves 4 / 1 hour
Preparation
1. Take a large vessel, add the pasta, then add water to the pasta, such that the water is one inch above the pasta. Add some salt and oil so that the pasta does not stick. Cover the vessel and cook on a medium flame until the pasta is cooked. Once ready, drain the water off and keep the pasta aside.
2. As the pasta is getting ready, simultaneously cut the required vegetables and keep aside. Boil the carrot, potato, french beans and onion. Once ready let cool.
3. In a bowl mix all the vegetables, add olive oil, mayonnaise, salt and seasoning. Mix well.
4. Now add pasta and mix so that the flavor has spread all over.
