Minced Beef in Recheado Masala


Ingredients

300 gms minced meat
2 Medium sized spring onions, finely chopped
1 Medium Tomato, finely chopped
1 Small Capscicum, finely chopped
2 Tbsps Recheado Masala
Salt as required
Oil as required

Servings / Time

Serves 4 / 30 minutes

Preparation

1. Marinate the minced meat with Salt and Recheado Masala.

2. Heat oil in a non stick pan. Now add finely chopped spring onions, finely chopped tomato, finely chopped capsicum. Stir fry for a minute.

4. Now add the minced meat. Add small amount of water if needed to let the mince cook. Cook until ready.
