Mixed Fruit Jam

Ingredients

1 Small Pineapple, remove skin cut into pieces
10 pieces Jackfruit
1/2 Avocado
1/2 Mango
1 Banana
2 Medium Sized Beetroots, peeled and scrapped
10 dates, take off the seeds
Juice of 2 Limes
1/2 kg Sugar


Servings / Time

2 medium sized jars / 1hr


Preparation

1. Add all the above fruits in batches into a blenderin order to obtain a nice thick pulp. Add 1/4th cup of water if needed to make the pulp, Add this pulp to a vessel. 1/2 Kg sugar is added since the above pulp of fruit weighs 1 Kg.

2. Now add sugar, mix well the pulp and sugar. Place the vessel on a low flame.

3. Let the mixture bubble, keep stirring the mixture so that it does not stick to the vessel.  Add some lime juice to the jam mixture as you keep stirring. 

4. Once the mixture loosens out from the vessel it is ready, however, the mixture should not be too pulpy but thick enough. Put off the flame once ready.

5. Let the mixture cool. Fill the mixture into glass jars.
