Mango Sheera

Ingredients

1 Cup Rava/Semolina/Sooji
1 Cup Mango pulp
1 Cup Milk
1/4th - 1/2 Cup Ghee

Servings / Time

Serves 6 / 30 Minutes

Preparation

1. In a nonstick pan, roast the rava for about 3 minutes. Next add milk and mango pulp, stir well to form a nice sticky paste like texture.

2. Now add the ghee, mix well until uniformly spread.

3. Lastly Close the lid of the pan and allow to cook for 2 minutes until you get a nice soft thick paste like texture.

4. Once ready spread the contents on the plate, shape it nice and round.

5. Allow to cool. Decorate with some sesame seeds, Serve slices for tea time and enjoy your tea.
