Simple Salad
Ingredients
1 Tomato, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
1 Capsicum, chopped
1 Cucumber, chopped into cubes
1 Slice of Raw Mango, cubes
1 Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsps Vinegar
Salt and Pepper, As desired
Servings / Time
Serves 5 / 15 minutes
Preparation
1. Mix all the above ingredients and serve for lunch or dinner along with some vegetarian or non vegetarian dishes.
2. Best served cold.
