Cream of Mushroom Soup
Ingredients
20 Mushrooms, medium slices
200 ml Cream,
10 garlic Cloves, finely chopped
1 onion, finely Chopped
3 Tbsps Olive Oil
2 Tbsps Cornflour
Salt and Pepper as desired
Servings / Time
Serves 4 / 45 minutes
Preparation
1. In a non stick vessel, add oil, heat the oil, add garlic and onion, cook until aromatic.
2. Now add the mushrooms, cook on slow fire with a closed lid until cooked.
3. Now add cream, cook for 5 minutes until mushrooms blend well into the cream.
4. Add half cup of water and cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Mix cornflour in another half cup of water and add to the soup, cook until it thickens.
6. Now add salt and pepper, and serve hot.
