Bimbli Chutney
Ingredients
600 gms Bimbli, cut into slices
15 gms Garlic
15 gms Ginger
30 gms Red Chili Powder
30 gms Kashmiri Red Chilli
86 gms Jaggery
3 tbsps Vinegar
Handful of Salt
1/2 Cup Water
1 Tbsp Mustard Seeds

Medium Sized Bottle / 3 hours for Soaking / 30 minutes Preparation time
Preparation
1. Add salt to the sliced bimblis and cover, keep aside for 3 hours. Then drain the water out.
2. As the bimblis are kept to soak, grind all the above ingredients to form a nice thick paste, add sufficient amount of water if needed.
3. Now heat a pan, add the above paste and salted bimblis, allow to cook, add water if needed.
4. Once ready allow to cool and fill into glass jars.
5. serve with hot rice or chapathis
