Spinach Oats Soup
Ingredients
1 Onion, finely Chopped ,
5 Garlic Cloves, finely Chopped
2 Cups Fresh Spinach Pulp (Boil and use a Mixer for the pulp)
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Oats
1 Cup Water
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 Tsp Pepper Powder
1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder
1 Tbsp Oil

Serves 5
Preparation
1. In a non stick vessel heat oil, add the finely chopped garlic and onions, saute until mushy.
2. Add spinach pulp by gently stirring the mixture, add turmeric powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, cook for 2 minutes, then gently add milk and stir.
3. Boil oats separately, and add to the above mixture, cook for 3 minutes by adding some water to adjust consistency. Serve hot, sprinkle some oregano and thyme.
