Jackfruit Moist Cake with Semolina and Wheat Flour
Ingredients
3 Cups Jackfruit Pulp(Jackfruit blended)
1 Cup Wheat Flour
1 Cup Semolina
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Wheat Flour
1 Cup Semolina
1 Cup Milk
75 gms butter
1/2 Tsp Cardamom Powder
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
6*2.5 Cake Tin

Serves 6
Preparation
1. Mix the jackfruit pulp with milk and butter to form a smooth mixture.
2. Add semolina and flour in batches, add a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg powder along with baking powder.
3. Add to the baking tin, grease the baking tin with butter before adding the cake batter.
4. Preheat oven at 160 degrees centigrade, bake for 40 minutes and check with toothpick to see that it comes out clean.
5. Serve thick slice.
