Cucumber Tomato Spiced Raita
Ingredients
1 Small Tomato, finely Chopped
1 Small Cucumber, finely Chopped
2 Tbsps Fresh Thick Curd
1/2 Cup Water
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 Tsp Pepper Powder
1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder
For Tampering
1/2 Tsp Mustard Seeds
1 Tbsp Oil
Servings / Time
Serves 4
Preparation
1. Mix all the above mentioned ingredients to form a nice thick mixture of curd and finely chopped tomato and cucumber.
2. Take a small pan, add oil heat the oil, add mustard seeds, turn off the flame once the seeds crackle.
3. Pour the mixture of oil over the raita and serve with rice Or chapati.
