Vegetable Pizza
Ingredients
For the Base
2 Cups Flour
3/4 Cups Water
1 Tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tsp Baking Powder
For the Toppings 1 Large Onions, Chopped into Half Rings
1 Large Tomato, Chopped
Finely Chopped Garlic
Some Olives
Tomato Puree as per requirement
Loads of Cheese, grated
Olive Oil as per requirement
Oregano, Pepper for seasoning
2 Cups Flour
3/4 Cups Water

Olive Oil as per requirement
Oregano, Pepper for seasoning
Servings / Time
2 Medium Sized Pizzas / 1 hour
Preparation
1. Take 2 cups of flour in a bowl along with baking powder, mix well. Now add salt and sugar to the water, and mix the salt and sugar with the water. See to it that the salt and sugar dissolve in the water well. Add this water to the flour, little by little. Knead the flour so as to form a soft dough.
2. Roll the dough into a cylinder, Cut equal two pieces from the dough. Now take a rolling pin, add some flour and take each piece at a time. Roll each piece evenly from all sides to form medium sized flatbreads.
3. Now heat a non stick pan with some oil, add the flatbreads and roast until light brown in color. Once ready allow to cool.
4. For the stuffing, first smear some tomato puree on the flatbreads, add the onions, tomatoes, garlic and olives along with some grated cheese. Sprinkle some Olive oil, oregano and pepper.
5. Add more toppings if needed, now add the pizza onto a baking tray into the oven for about 5-10 minutes at 150 degrees celcius. Once the cheese melts the pizza is ready to serve.
