Pineapple Corn Chat Salad
Ingredients
1 Potato, boiled, peeled and choped into cubes and fried
1 Large Tomato, finely chopped
1 Large Onion, finely chopped
1 Green Chili, Deseeded and finely chopped
1/2 Cup Coriander Leaves, finely chopped
2 Tbsps Chaat Masala
2 Tbsps Fresh Cream
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
1 Small Pineapple, Cut in cubes
1/2 Cup, Sweet Corn Kernels
Oil as required
Salt as required

Serves 4 / 30 minutes
Preparation
1. Take a pan heat oil, add the finely chopped onions and chili, saute for a few seconds and allow to cool.
2. Take a bowl, add all the above mentioned ingredients and the above saute and mix well.
3. Sweet taste of Pineapple along with spice and tangy taste adds to the flavour of this salad.
