Lemon Sheera
Ingredients
1 Cup Rava/Semolina/Sooji
5 Rind of Lime
5 Rind of Lime
4 Tbsps lime juice
2 Cups Water
2 Tbsp of Ghee
2 Cups Water
2 Tbsp of Ghee
6 Tbsps Sugar
Few Cashewnuts
Servings / Time
Serves 6 / 30 Minutes
Preparation
1. In a nonstick pan, roast the rava for about 3 minutes. Add lime Rind, juice and water to the roasted rava, stir well to form a nice sticky paste like texture.
2. Now add the ghee and turmeric powder, mix well until uniformly spread.
3. Lastly Close the lid of the pan and allow to cook for 2 minutes until you get a nice soft thick paste like texture.
4. Once ready spread the contents on the plate, shape it nice and round.
5. Allow to cool. Decorate with some pieces of dry fruits Serve slices for tea time and enjoy your tea.
