Baked Vegetable Omelette
Ingredients
2 Eggs
1 Tomato, Finely Chopped
1 Spring Onion, Finely chopped
1/4th Cup Corn Kernels
1/2 Tsp Pepper Powder
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Milk
Oregano and Thyme for Seasoning
2 Tbsp Oil
1 Tomato, Finely Chopped

Serves 4 / 30 Minutes
Preparation
1. Take a bowl, beat two eggs into a bowl, add some salt, pepper powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and mix well. Add some milk and flour ro form a nice consistent paste, see that there are no lumps left. Now add chopped tomatoes, onions, corn kernels and mix well. Also add some seasoning and oil and mix.
2. Take a baking tin, add some butterpaper, add oil, add the mixture to the tin, Preheat the oven at 150 degrees celcius. Now add the baking tin. Bake for 30 minutes at 150 degrees celcius.
4. Once ready, take off from the baking tin and Serve hot on a plate.
