Roasted Rava Sheera
Ingredients
2 Cups Rava/Semolina/Sooji
3/4th Cup Sugar
1 Cup Milk
3/4th Cup Ghee
3/4th Cup Sugar
1 Cup Milk
3/4th Cup Ghee

Serves 6 / 30 Minutes
Preparation
1. In a nonstick pan, roast the rava until light brown. Next add Sugar stir well for 2 - 3 minutes.
2. Now add the ghee, mix well until uniformly spread.
3. Lastly add milk. Close the lid of the pan and allow to cook for 2 minutes until you get a nice thick paste like texture.
4. Now stir well for another 2 - 3 minutes. Once ready spread the on the plate, shape it nice and round like a dome.
5. Allow to cool. Serve slices for tea time and enjoy your tea.
