Lime Pickle
Ingredients
12 Limes medium and small sized, Cut into quarters
Juice of 15 limes
2 Tbsps Turmeric Powder
2 Tbsps Red Chili Powder
4 Tbsps Sugar
2 Tbsps Rock Salt

Medium Sized Bottle / 30 minutes Preparation / 1 Month for maturation
Preparation
1. In a glass bottle add the cut pieces of lime along with sugar, salt, turmeric powder and red chili powder.
2. Mix well, then add the juice, mix well. See that the juice is above the level of the cut lime. If the amount of juice appears to be less add more.
3. Mix well, close the lid and keep the glass bottle aside to mature for a month. Consume after a month.
