Dried Red Chili Hummus

Hummus
Ingredients

1 Cup Boiled Chickpeas
10 Peppercorns
1 Tbsp Lime Juice
1 Dried Red Chilli
1 Tbsp Cumin Powder
Salt as per taste
Olive Oil as required
1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
5 Garlic Cloves

Servings / Time

A Small Bowl / 20 Minutes

Preparation

1. Add all the above ingredients to a mixer to form a nice thick paste.

2. Add little amount of chickpea broth and Olive Oil to make a paste of smooth consistency.

3. Add the above paste to a bowl and decorate with some olive oil and sprinkle some paprika powder.

4. Serve with some pita bread.
