Salted Raw Mango Slices
Ingredients
15 Raw Mangoes, Cut into mediun sized slices as seen in the images below
Handful of Salt
5 Green Chillies, De-seeded and slit
Glass Bottles
Water as required

2 Medium sized Glass Bottles / 15 minutes
Preparation
1. Wash and dry glass bottles for this simple pickle also wash the mangoes well before cutting.
2. Now add the raw mango slices along with handful of salt and slit chilies to the bottle.
3. Fill the bottle with clean filtered water upto the brim, see that the raw mango slices get covered with the water above it.
4. Close the glass jars and keep aside. Consume after a week, the mangoes need to mature.
5. Have for lunch with rice. The salt and chili gives the spice. So we have salty, sour and spicy taste.
