Beef Steak
Ingredients
500 gms Beef, Cut into thick slices
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tbsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tbsp Coriander Powder
1 Tbsp Cumin Powder
1 Tbsp Pepper Powder
1/2 Tbsp Chilli Powder
1/2 Tbsp Salt
3 Tbsps Vinegar as per taste
Oil as required
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

Servings / Time
Serves 5 / 8 Hours marination, 30 minutes cooking
Preparation
1. Marinate the beef overnight using the above mentioned ingredients.
2. Now take a non stick pan, add some oil. Let the oil get heated.
3. Once hot add the thick slice of beef, cover the pan so that the slice cooks well from within.
4. Once the slice has browned on one side, turn to the other and close the lid.
5. Do not over cook or fry too much. The beef should be soft, juicy and succulent. Let some gravy ooze out from the beef so you can add it over the beef while serving.
6. Serve hot wish some mashed potatoes, lettuce salad and a glass of vine. Cheers . Enjoy.
