Chocolate Biscuit Balls
Ingredients
130 gms raw cocoa nibs
60 gms Cocoa Butter
30 Glucose or Tiger Biscuits
60 gms Cocoa Butter
30 Glucose or Tiger Biscuits

Preparation
1. Add the raw cocoa nibs and cocoa butter to a bowl. Use a double boiler method and melt the cocoa and butter. Then allow to cool.
2. Crush 30 glucose or tiger biscuits. Mix into the bowl.
3. Make small round balls of the mixture and let freeze. Enjoy these 3 ingredients choco balls.
