Black Chickpea Chaat Salad
Ingredients
1 Cup Black Chickpea Grams, boiled
1 Large Tomato, finely chopped
1 Large Onion, finely chopped
1 Green Chili, Deseeded and finely chopped
1/2 Cup Coriander Leaves, finely chopped
1 Tbsp Chaat Masala
2 Tbsps Tamarind Pulp
Salt as required
2 Tbsps Oil

Serves 4 / 30 minutes
Preparation
1. Take a pan heat oil, add the finely chopped onions and chili, saute for a few seconds and allow to cool.
2. Take a bowl, add all the above mentioned ingredients and the above saute and mix well.
3. Serve with a dip or sauce.
