Sweet potato pancakes
Ingredients
1 Large Sweet potato, scrapped
1 Onion, scrapped
1 Green Chili, finely chopped
2 Tbsps Wheat flour
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp pepper powder
Salt as per taste

Preparation
1. Add all the above ingredients to a bowl and mix to form a dough.
2. Now take a large pan, add some oil and heat the oil.
3. Now add the dough to the pan and flatten the dough to form a large pancake.
4. Fry until brown on both sides.
5. Now cut pieces and serve with a dip or a sauce of your choice.
