Spaghetti Pasta in Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

150 gms Spaghetti Pasta
2 Medium Tomatoes, finely chopped
1 Small Onion, finely chopped
1 Green Chili, Deseeded and finely chopped
20 Garlic Pods, Finely Chopped
Olive Oil as required
Salt as required
Mixed Spices for Seasoning as required
Green Olives and Spanish Olives
4 Tbsps Tomato Puree
3 Tbsps Soya Sauce

Serves 3 / 1 Hour

Preparation

1. Take a large vessel, add the pasta, then add water to the pasta, such that the water is one inch above the pasta. Add some salt and oil so that the pasta does not stick. Cover the vessel and cook on a medium flame until the pasta is cooked. Once ready, drain the water off and keep the pasta aside.
2. Now take a separate vessel, add sufficient amount of Oil, add the finely chopped garlic and tomato along with soya sauce and tomato puree, cook till tomatoes get soft. Now add onions and finely chopped chili, saute for 2 minutes.
3. Now add the above mixture to the bowl of pasta mix well.
4. Add sufficient amount of Olive Oil and mix well.
5. Add finely chopped green olives and spanish olives along with Italian Seasoning.
6. Serve hot.
