Raw Mango Pickle
Ingredients
1 Kg Raw Mangoes
100 gms Pickle Powder ( Contains Turmeric, Fenugreek, Asafoetida, Salt, Red Chili Powder, Oil, Mustard Seeds)
100 gms Salt
160 gms Oil
100 gms Pickle Powder ( Contains Turmeric, Fenugreek, Asafoetida, Salt, Red Chili Powder, Oil, Mustard Seeds)

Servings / Time
3 Medium Sized Bottle / 3 Days
Preparation
2. Add salt to the raw mango pieces and mix well.
3. Also add the pickle masala to the above bowl and mix well.
4. Heat oil in pan and then allow to cool.
5. Now add the oil to the above bowl. Mix well.
6. Now close the bowl with a lid and keep aside for 24 hours.
7. After 24 hours you will notice the raw mangoes have oozed out water.
8. Now add this pickle to a glass bottle and consume after 2 to 3 days.
9. The mangoes have to season well with the salt and masala.
