Potato Cauliflower Stir Fry
Ingredients
1 Medium Sized Potato, Cut into Long thick rectangular pieces
10 Small Cauliflower florets,
1 Onion, finely chopped
1Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4 th Tsp Turmeric Powder
1/4 th Tsp Red Chili Powder
1/4 th Tsp Coriander powder
1/4 th Tsp Cumin powder
2 Tbsps Tomato Puree
Salt as required
Oil as required
10 Small Cauliflower florets,
1 Onion, finely chopped
1Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4 th Tsp Turmeric Powder
1/4 th Tsp Red Chili Powder
1/4 th Tsp Coriander powder
1/4 th Tsp Cumin powder
2 Tbsps Tomato Puree
Salt as required

Servings / Time
Serves 2 / 30 minutes
Preparation
1. Fry the cauliflower florets and potato separately in oil and keep aside once crisp and ready.
2. Now take another pan, add oil, heat the oil, add ginger garlic paste, tomato puree. Saute for few minutes.Now add onions and cook for a few minutes.
3. Next add all the powders mentioned in the above ingredients.
4. Mix well and add the fried florets and potato.
5. Mix and stir so the flavor is evenly spread.
6. Add some salt for taste and sprinkle some coriander leaves.
7. Serve hot.
