Fresh Cream Hummus
Ingredients
1 Cup Boiled Chickpeas
1 Tbsp Pepper Powder
2 Tbsps Lime Juice
2 Tbsps Fresh Cream or Yogurt
Salt as per taste
Olive Oil as required
1 Tbsp Tahini
4 Garlic pods, minced
1 Tbsp Paprika Powder
1 Tbsp Pepper Powder

A Small Bowl / 20 Minutes
Preparation
1. Add all the above ingredients to a mixer to form a nice thick paste.
2. Add little amount of water and Olive Oil to make a paste of smooth consistency.
3. Add the above paste to a bowl and decorate with some olive oil and sprinkle some paprika powder.
4. Serve with some pita bread.
