Beetroot Sweet and Spiced Salad
Ingredients

1 Medium Sized Potato, Boiled and chopped in cubes
1 Medium Sized Beetroot, Boiled and chopped in cubes
1 Apple, chopped in cubes
1 Tomato, cut in medium pieces
1 Green Chili, Deseeded, slit and finely chopped
1 Small Onion, Finely chopped
10 Garlic pods, finely chopped
Salt to taste
Finely Powdered Italian Spices for Seasoning
A Drizzle of Tobasco Sauce
3 Tbsps Olive Oil
4 Tbsp Fresh Cream
4 Tbsps Tomato Puree
Green and Spanish Olives

Servings / Time

Serves 4 / 30 minutes

Preparation

1. In a bowl mix the beetroot cubes,potato cubes, chopped apple and tomato.
2. Now take a small pan add some oil heat the oil, then add the finely chopped garlic, onion and finely chopped chili. Sautee for a minute. Let this cool. Now pour this mixture into the above bowl.
3. Add salt and other spices and mix well.
4. Add some green and Spanish olives to add more flavor.
5. Now add tobasco sauce, tomato puree and cream and mix well.
6. Finally add olive oil and season with Italian spices.
