Beetroot Potato Pancake

Ingredients

1 Large Potato, scrapped
1 Medium Sized Beetroot, scrapped
1 Small Onion, scrapped
1 Green Chili, deseeded and chopped in small pieces
Salt as per taste
1/4 th cup Wheat flour
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1/4 tsp Garam Masala
Oil as needed

Servings / Time

8 Pancakes / 45 minutes

Preparation

1. In a bowl mix all the above ingredients to form a dough.
2. Now make medium sized balls of the dough.
3. Flatten the balls to form small pancakes.
4. Heat a pan with oil.
5. Add the pancakes and fry on either sides until nice and brown.
6. Serve hot with chutney or sauce of your choice.
