Mutton Brain Cutlets
Ingredients
3 Mutton Brains (Medium Sized)
1 Small Onion (Finely Chopped)
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1/4 Tsp Cumin Powder
1/4 Tsp Pepper Powder
1/4 Cup of Wheat Flour
2 Tbsps Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves
Salt as per taste
Oil as per requirement

14 Cutlets / 45 minutes
Preparation
1. Clean and Wash the mutton brain well.
2. Add the finely chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, wheat flour and coriander leaves along with salt and mix well. A thick paste is formed like the consistency of a pancake.
3. Heat the oil in a non stick pan. Once hot add little by little of the paste using a large spoon.
4. Let the cutlets brown on each side. Once ready serve hot.
