Red Green Yellow Simple Pasta
Ingredients
3 cups of Pasta
4 Capsicums (Red, Green and Yellow), finely chopped
20 Medium sized Mushrooms,cut into 4 halves
1/4 Cup of Green Peas
1 Large Onion, Cut into semicircles
1 Medium Tomato, finely chopped
2 Tbsps Ginger Garlic Paste
4 - 5 Tbsps of Salsa sauce
Olive Oil as required
Salt as required
Oregano seasoning as required
Mixed Italian Spice Seasoning as required

1 Medium Tomato, finely chopped
2 Tbsps Ginger Garlic Paste
4 - 5 Tbsps of Salsa sauce
Olive Oil as required

Servings / Time
Serves 4 / 1 hour
Preparation
1. Take a large vessel, add the pasta, then add water to the pasta, such that the water is one inch above the pasta. Add some salt and oil so that the pasta does not stick. Cover the vessel and cook on a medium flame until the pasta is cooked. Once ready, drain the water off and keep the pasta aside.
2. As the pasta is getting ready, simultaneously cut the required vegetables and keep aside.
3. Take a large non stick vessel, add enough amount of olive oil. Heat the oil to a medium flame.
4. Now add the ginger garlic paste saute until a nice aroma sets in, once ready add the salsa sauce, saute for a few seconds.
5. Add onion, stir fry for a few seconds,then add tomato, saute until tomato gets mushy.
6. Now add green peas, capsicums and mushrooms. Cover the vessel and cook for a few minutes.
7. Once ready, add some salt and some seasoning, mix well on a medium flame.
8. Now add the cooked pasta and mix well, add some more salsa sauce, olive oil and seasoning if required.
9. Serve hot, add some olives for a better taste.
