Recheado Mushroom Rava Fry
Ingredients
10 Medium Sized Mushrooms(Cut into halves)
1/2 Tsp Salt
2 Tbsps Recheado Masala
Oil as required
Semolina or Rava as required

Semolina or Rava as required

Serves 4 / 20 Minutes
Preparation
1. Add the halved mushrooms to a bowl, add the Recheado Masala along with salt. See that each mushroom is coated well with the masala.
2. Take a medium sized non stick pan, add sufficient amount of oil and heat the oil.
3. As the oil gets heated up in the pan, take sufficient amount of rava or semolina in a plate dip each recheado coated halved mushroom in the semolina such that the mushroom is coated on all sides with the rava.
4. Now add these rava or semolina coated mushrooms to the pan.
5. Fry on either sides until golden brown. Serve hot. It is nice and crunchy outside and soft and mushy inside.
This is very simple to make. A quick snack with mushrooms and a paste.
Recheado Masala can also be replaced by a combination of simple Ginger Garlic paste and turmeric.
