Mutton Mince Pasta
Ingredients
500 gms Mutton Mince
2 Cups Pasta
3 Capsicums (Red, Green and Yellow, Cut into medium pieces)
20 Mushrooms (Sliced)
1 Medium Onion (Finely Chopped)
1 Medium Tomato (Finely Chopped)
3 Tbsps Ginger Garlic Paste
Oregano and Italian Seasoning
Olive Oil as required
Salt as required
2 Cups Pasta
3 Capsicums (Red, Green and Yellow, Cut into medium pieces)
20 Mushrooms (Sliced)
1 Medium Onion (Finely Chopped)
1 Medium Tomato (Finely Chopped)
3 Tbsps Ginger Garlic Paste
Oregano and Italian Seasoning
Olive Oil as required

Servings / Time
Serves 5 / 45 Minutes
Preparation
1. Take a large vessel, add the pasta, then add water to the pasta, such that the water is one inch above the pasta. Add some salt and oil so that the pasta does not stick. Cover the vessel and cook on a medium flame until the pasta is cooked. Once ready, drain the water off and keep the pasta aside.
2. Take a large non stick vessel, add enough amount of olive oil. Heat the oil to a medium flame. Add Ginger Garlic Paste, saute for a few seconds, then add onions saute until translucent, add tomatoes, saute until nice and soft.
3. Now add the mutton mince, mix well and cook with a closed lid for about 5 minutes.
4. Next add the capsicums, mushrooms and the pasta. Stir Fry.
5. Add sufficient amount of olive oil and salt. Also add the seasoning to get a wonderful flavor. Serve hot with some cheese sprinkled.
