Preparation
1. Marinate the mutton mince with the above mentioned ingredients and set aside for an hour in a refrigerator. Do not wash the mince as the retention of water will make it difficult to make the meat balls.
2. Take a non stick vessel, add oil, heat the oil, add recheado masala or ginger garlic paste, saute for a few seconds. Then add green chili and onions, saute until onions turn translucent. Then add tomatoes saute until mushy. Once mushy add some water around half cup of water. Cook till water bubbles.
3. Now make balls of the mince using the palm of your hands, smoothen the balls and gently add one by one into the vessel.
4. Cook for a few minutes until the meat balls leave water. Once the meat balls have hardened, gently turn each meat ball to cook on the other side.
5. Cover the lid of the vessel and allow to cook for a few more minutes. Serve hot. Note, you can add some cubes of potatoes as the meat balls are cooking and cook until potatoes are soft and garnish with coriander leaves.
