Cabbage Thyme Omelette
Ingredients
2 Eggs
1/4 Piece of Cabbage, Finely Chopped
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 - 2 Tsps of Thyme
1 Tbsp Oil
1/4 Piece of Cabbage, Finely Chopped

Serves 1 / 20 Minutes
Preparation
1. Take a bowl, beat two eggs into a bowl, add finely chopped cabbage, some salt and mix well along with addition of some turmeric powder.
2. Take a non stick pan, add oil and heat the oil. Once hot, add the mixture of beaten eggs and cabbage. As the omelette cooks, sprinkle some thyme over it.
3. Cook on a low medium flame, Turn once the bottom side has browned and turn off the flame so that the top side gets slightly browned.
4. Place on a plate an serve hot.
