Sugar Free and Eggless Banana Walnut Cake
Ingredients
5 Ripe Bananas
1 Cup Sorghum or Wheat Flour
2 - 3 Tbsps Honey
A handful of Crushed Walnuts
Oil to Brush the Baking Tin
6.5 X 2 Inch Round Baking Tin
1 Cup Sorghum or Wheat Flour

6 Servings / 1 Hour
Preparation
1. Mash the ripe bananas well in a bowl. Add the flour. Mix well.
2. Add t he mixture to a mixer to form a nice thick batter.
3. Add honey ad crushed walnuts to the batter. Mix well so that the walnuts are spread evenly all over.
4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade.
5. Brush the baking tin with oil. Pour the batter into the tin.
6. Add the tin into the oven for baking for around 40 minutes.
7. Once ready the cake might be a bit moist on the inside when hot. Allow to cool.
8. The Cake tastes best when eaten on the next day.
