Mini Sweet Square Bread
Ingredients
1 Cup Wheat Flour
1 Egg
4 Tbsps Honey
1/2 Cup Water
2 Tbsps Coconut Oil
A Pinch of Salt

14 Slices / 10 - 15 minutes baking time , 15 minutes preparation time
Preparation
1. In a bowl mix an egg, honey and oil. Beat this mixture well.
2. In another bowl mix the flour and salt.
3. Now add the mixture of egg, honey and oil to the flour and add water in interval to form a batter.
4. To prevent lumps being formed into the batter, add the mixture to a blender to mix well.
5. Now add the batter, say around 1 tablespoon each to a baking tray with small square moulds. Before adding the batter, brush the moulds with oil.
6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade. Add the tray and bake for around 12 to 15 minutes. Brown them on both sides if necessary.
7. Mini Sweet Square Bread is now ready. Allow to cool and enjoy.
