Mushroom Garlic Fry

Ingredients

20 - 30 Mushrooms, Sliced
2 Medium Bell Peppers, Cut into strips
1 Medium Tomato, Cut into strips
2 Green Chilies, Deseeded and Slit
4 Spring Onions, Finely Chopped
20 - 30 Garlic Cloves, Finely Chopped
Oil as required
Salt as required
Pepper Powder as required

Serves 4 / 45 minutes

Preparation

Mushroom Garlic Fry - Ingredients
1. Add oil to a non stick pan. Heat the oil. Once hot, add the chopped garlic. Once the aroma sets in add the spring onions. Stir fry for a few minutes.

2. Add in the mushrooms, bell peppers and tomato strips along with the green chilies. Stir Fry for a few minutes. Close the pan with a lid, so that the mushrooms ooze out some water and the flavor of the peppers along with the tomato, chillies and garlic sets in through the mushrooms.

3. Once the mushrooms are soft. Sprinkle some salt and pepper powder. Stir fry for another 3 minutes and turn off the flame.

4. Serve hot.
