Custard with Chocolate Chips and Cashew Nuts
A Quick recipe for custard using the readymade custard powder, milk, sugar, cashew nuts, breadcrumbs and chocolate chips. If you are lazy and want to relish a quick chocolate dessert, the best dessert to make is the chocolate chip custard. It is very quick and simple.
Ingredients
6 Tbsps Custard Powder
1L Milk
4 Tbsps Sugar
Handful of Crushed Cashew Nuts
Handful of Chocolate Chips
4 Tbsps Powdered Breadcrumbs
1L Milk

Preparation
1. Dissolve the custard powder in a cup containing 200 ml of milk. Add the remaining 800 ml of milk to a vessel and allow to boil on medium flame.
2. Add sugar to the milk in the vessel along with the dissolved custard powder. Stir continuously such that the milk does not stick to the vessel on boiling. Stir for around 2 or 3 minutes until the mixture thickens.
3. Once the mixture has thickened pour into a glass bowl. Add a handful of crushed walnuts and mix well. Now allow the custard to cool.
4. Once the custard has cooled down, add it to the refrigerator. Freeze the custard for around 2 hours.
5. Serve chilled. Decorate by adding more of the crushed cashew nuts and chocolate chips. Sprinkle some breadcrumbs all over the custard .
