Tossed Lettuce Salad
Ingredients
3 Bunches Green Lettuce
3 Bunches Purple Lettuce
1 Large Tomato
1 Large Onion
5 Tbsps Green Peas
2 Tbsps Olive Oil
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper Powder
Lime Juice of 1/2 Lime

Preparation
1. Chop onion, tomato into ringlets, Take off each lettuce leaf from the stalk, wash the leaves well before use. Boil the green peas.
2. In a large bowl, mix the lettuce leaves alonf with chopped onion and tomato ringlets and the boiled peas.
3. Add olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper powder. Mix well. Toss the salad.
4. Serve for large or dinner in a large bowl.
