Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

5 Large Potatoes
1 Tsp Salt
8 Tbsps Olive Oil
1 Tsp Pepper Powder
1 Tbsp Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves

Serves 6 / 45 Minutes

Preparation

1. Cut the Potatoes into two halves unskinned. Add the potatoes to a vessel, filled with water such that the poatoes are immersed into it.

2. Place the vessel on a medium flame with a closed lid. Boil the potatoes until soft. Once boiled drain the excess water.

3. Let the potatoes cool. Once cooled, skin and mash the potatoes on a large plate. Mash the potatoes well.

4. Place the mashed potatoes into a bowl, add salt, olive oil and pepper powder and mix thoroughly well.

5. Sprinkle some coriander leaves at the top of the mashed potatoes. Serve for dinner or lunch.
