Fish Pancakes

Fish Pancakes

Ingredients

3 Mackerels (Fish of Your Choice)
3 Eggs
2 Tbsps Wheat Flour
2 Tsps Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves (Finely Chopped)
1 Medium Sized Onion (Finely Chopped)
Cheese as required
Oregano Powder as per your requirement
Oil as required

Servings / Time

2 Medium Sized Pancakes / 45 Minutes

Preparation

1. Clean the mackerels, cut off the head, fins and remove the inner organs. Wash them clean.

2. Take a small vessel, add the mackerels along with 1/2 cup of water and boil until cooked. Once ready allow to cool. Take off the bones and add the meaty pieces to a bowl. Shred the fish very fine.

3. Now to the bowl of shredded fish, add eggs, wheat flour, ginger garlic paste, salt, chopped coriander leaves and chopped onion. Mix all the contents well.

4. Take a medium sized non stick pan, add oil and heat the pan. Once the pan is hot enough, add the batter. Spread the batter all across the pan such that it covers the entire pan. Cook the pancake on a medium flame.

5. Brown the pancakes on both the sides. Once the pancakes are ready, add some grated cheese and oregano when the pancakes are hot itself, so that the cheese melts over the pancakes.

6. Serve hot.
