Beetroot Garlic Chutney

Ingredients

1 Medium Sized Beetroot, Peeled and Chopped
2 Tbsps Coriander Leaves, Finely Chopped and Heaped
Juice of 1/2 Lime
15 Cloves Garlic
1/4 Cup Water
Salt as per Taste

Servings / Time

Small Bowl of Chutney, Serves 4 / 15 Minutes

Preparation

1. Add all the above ingredients to a grinder or a mixer to form a nice smooth thick paste.

2. Add more water based on the consistency you want.

3. Add to a glass bowl or a glass jar and refrigerate. Consume as and when you want.
