Soya Chunks Salad
This Salad is basically for those keeping a healthy vegan diet. Soya Chunks substitute for the missing proteins along with tomatoes, spring onions, lime juice and sesame seeds providing other vitamins and minerals. Honey is the best natural form of substitute for sugar and has many healing properties.
Ingredients
10 Soya Chunks
1 Medium Sized Tomato
1 Medium Sized Spring Onion
Juice of 1/2 Lime
2 - 3 Tbsps Honey
1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
Salt as per requirement

1 Serving / 20 Minutes
Preparation
1. Keep the soya chunks soaked for about an hour. Then boil these chunks for about 10 minutes on a medium flame.
2. Once the chunks are soft and spongy, allow them to cool.then squeeze out the water from each chunk and place them on a plate.
3. Cut tomato into medium sized pieces and cut the spring onion fine. Sprinkle these tomato and spring onion pieces over the soya chunks.
4. Sprinkle some salt, lime juice and honey over the plate of soya chunks, tomato and spring onions.
5. Serve the soya chunks salad with a last minute sprinkle of sesame seeds.
