Scrambled Eggs with Tomato, Spring Onions and Cheese
Ingredients
3 Medium Sized Eggs
1 Small Tomato
1 Small Spring Onion
1 Cube of Cheese
1/4 Tsp Salt
2 Tbsps Oil
Oregano for Seasoning

1 Serving / 15 Minutes
Preparation
1. Heat oil in a pan. As the oil get hot, chop the tomato and spring onion fine.
2. Once the oil is hot, add the spring onions, saute for 2 minutes then add the tomato. Saute for another 2 - 3 minutes.
3. Now break 3 eggs into the pan and scramble the eggs. Add salt as required.
4. Fry until well scrambled on a medium flame.
5. Serve hot on a serving plate. Add some pieces of cheese and mix well. Sprinkle some oregano and serve.
