Servings / Time
5 Large Pancakes / 30 Minutes
Preparation
1. In a bowl, mix egg, honey or sugar, salt, milk, orange juice and orange rind to form a nice thin smooth batter. If the batter is too thick a little more water can be added.
2. Once the batter is ready, take a small non stick pan, add oil to the pan and heat the oil. Once the oil is hot add a large tablespoon of the batter such that it covers the entire small pan.
3. Fry until golden brown. Toss on the other side if possible or else it is not needed. Take off the pancakes from the pan once ready.
4. Apply orange marmalade on the pancakes and roll them over. Enjoy the orange pancakes for breakfast or tea time.
