Green Grams Sprouts Salad (Moong Sprouts Salad)
Ingredients
4 Tbsps Green Grams or Moong (Sprouted)
1 Medium Sized Onion, Chopped
1 Medium Sized Tomato, Chopped
2 Tbsps Coriander Leaves, Finely Chopped
2 Tbsps Olive Oil
Juice of 1/2 Lime
1/2 Tsp Rock Salt

Preparation
1. Boil the green gram sprouts or moong using 1/2 cup of water or more such that the grams are completely immersed in water. Turn off the flame once the grams have been boiled or boil the grams until water has dried. It takes around 15 - 20 minutes to boil on a medium flame. Once ready allow to cool.
2. As the grams boil, chop the onion and tomato along with the coriander leaves.
3. Take a bowl, add the chopped tomato, onion and coriander leaves along with the green gram sprouts.
4. Add olive oil, sprinkle some salt and lime juice and mix well.
5. Serve in a bowl for lunch or dinner.
